1 When You Qualify for a Refund
You are eligible for a refund or replacement only in these cases:
✓ Account Already Banned Before Delivery
If we deliver an account that is already disabled, banned, or unusable before you log in or use it — you get a full replacement or full refund.
✓ Instant Restriction Without Any Usage
If your account is restricted within 24 hours after delivery without any usage, modification, or activity from your side, you may qualify for a replacement or refund (after our investigation).
✓ Wrong Product Delivered
If we accidentally deliver the wrong package, we will replace it with the correct one or refund your payment.
2 When Refunds Are NOT Provided
No refund will be issued in the following situations:
✗ Policy Violations or Misuse
If your account is restricted, banned, or limited due to policy violations, misuse, or suspicious activity after delivery — no refund will be given.
✗ Use for Prohibited / Illegal Activities
Using our services for illegal or high-risk activities immediately voids all refund eligibility. This includes:
- Carding, fraud, or money laundering
- Casino, gambling, or betting promotions
- Adult content or escort services
- Fake investments, Ponzi schemes, crypto scams
- Phishing, malware, or virus distribution
- Spam, mass cold messaging, or bot traffic
- Fake documents, IDs, or impersonation
- Copyright infringement or blackhat marketing
- Fake stores, fake giveaways, or political manipulation
- Any activity violating Meta, TikTok, Google, or WhatsApp policies
3 WhatsApp Business API Policy
No refund will be provided if your WhatsApp Business API account is banned or restricted due to:
- Mass or bulk cold messaging
- Sending messages without customer consent
- Spam, promotional abuse, or adult content
- Scam or fraud-related campaigns
- Misleading offers or fake claims
- High block or report rate from recipients
- Any violation of WhatsApp or Meta policies
Customers are fully responsible for how they use the WhatsApp Business API.
4 Facebook Verified Business Manager Policy
We offer BM1, BM5, BM10, and BM50 verified accounts. No refund will be given if the Business Manager is restricted due to:
- Policy violations or running prohibited ads
- Suspicious payment methods or fake documents
- Banned landing pages or websites
- Aggressive ad scaling or repeated ad rejections
- Unusual login behavior or use of aged/fake profiles
- Circumventing Meta policies in any form
5 TikTok Agency Account Policy
No refund will be issued if your TikTok agency account is suspended due to:
- Policy violations or running restricted products
- Blackhat campaigns or misleading content
- Copyright violations or spam advertisements
- Adult, gambling, or casino promotions
- Fake claims or deceptive advertising
6 Your Responsibility
After successful delivery, you are responsible for:
- Following all platform policies and rules
- Securing your account credentials
- Using safe and legitimate payment methods
- Providing real business information when required
- Avoiding any suspicious or high-risk activities
We are not responsible for bans caused by customer actions after delivery.
7 No Refund After Successful Usage
Once the account or service has been:
- Logged into
- Used for advertising or campaigns
- Modified or shared with others
- Connected to a payment method
It is considered successfully delivered and used. No refund will be issued unless a verified issue from our side is confirmed.
8 Replacement Policy
In some eligible cases, we may offer a replacement account instead of a refund — depending on stock availability and issue verification.
